High weatherability color coated sheet

According to the characteristics of good aging resistance of fluoroplastics and acrylic resin, the application of coated steel plate with high durability on the surface coating of steel plate can improve the durability and corrosion resistance of steel plate, and have the following obvious advantages:
(1) Pollution resistance performance
(2) High temperature resistance performance No obvious changes occur in the coating cluster and color if the color-coated steel plate is continuously heated for 90 h in 120℃ oven.
(3) Low temperature resistance performance No obvious changes occur in the anti-bending and anti-resistance performance of coating if the color-coated steel plate is placed for 24h at - 54℃.
(4) Boiling water resistance performance No changes (foaming, softening, swelling, etc.) occur in the surface cluster and color after the coating specimens are immersed in boiling water for 60 min.
It can be used as roof board, corrugated board, waterproof and gas permeable board, corrosion resistant equipment and components, as well as furniture, automobile shell, water retaining board, etc.
